How do I get entered in giveaway? 

Simple! Go to our website www.xclsvsupplyco.com every $1= 1 entry.

 

 

How do i know my entries are submitted?

Upon checkout completion, all entries are automatically submitted to the sweepstakes agency. Each and every order placed within the contest period is entered to win. No need to create an account or complete any further actions once checkout is completed. Whether you place one order or multiple orders, all entries will be tied to your name and contact information.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I AM A WINNER?

If you are selected as a potential winner in one of our Giveaways, our Administrator, Marden-Kane will contact you via the phone number and the email address you provided on your order/entry form. You will never be asked to provide a credit card or payment as a condition of a prize award.

 We DO NOT use social media to contact the winners of the Giveaways we offer on www.xclsvsupplyco.com. If you feel that you've been contacted by someone impersonating us or an Xclusive Supply Co representative, please contact us at xclusivesupplyco.com so our team can investigate.

 

How will I know if I won?

We will contact you via phone and email you provided at check-out to congratulate you and set a time for delivery of your prize! We will not contact you thru any social media platform to tell you that you have won. Please be aware of fake social media accounts pretending to be us and asking you for your information or saying that you have won. Our only social media account name is @_xclusivesupplyco_

 

How long does it take to process my order?

Due to high volume, processing orders takes anywhere from 3 to 5 days.

 

My order still has not shipped after 3 days, is there a problem?

Sometimes there are processing delays with the print company (machine down, bad batch, holidays etc.). You should anticipate 3 to 5 days for processing.

 

I picked the wrong size/color/item on the order I just submitted, what do I do?

Please send us an email through the contact us link at the bottom of the website and we will be more than happy to help you resolve your issue.

 

My address is wrong on my order, how do I adjust this after the order is placed?

Please send an email immediately with your order number, name, and the correct shipping address so we can take care of you as soon as possible.

 

My package is being shipped back to Xclusive Supply Co. what happened?

Sometimes the delivery service cannot fulfill the delivery due to incorrect shipping information or the package was damaged severely during transport. Please send us an email explaining your situation as well as your order number, name and shipping address and we will be sure to fix everything.
